First Draft: The Trip

First Draft

Production 3 "Editing"

Portfolio week update Patarini, Luca P.3 This week for our project we worked on editing the clips and trying to upload them on a flash drive. We still have not decided the ending for the story, but we are close to a decision as we are on the road to probably end with killing him. Mr. Zacharias helped us with some problems and issues we had with our style and editing where he gave us tips on how to complete the clips and put them together simply and easily. This Saturday we are meeting up at Jonah’s house to work on more film clips and record more scenes for our film. We will also be finally discussing the ending to what we want to do with the character because we need a decision now before we film the rest.

Production 2 "Decision"

Luca Patarini P.3 1/07/21 Portfolio update An update on the situation right now would be about us deciding which clips to use and how to upload them, Alec, my team member still must edit all the scenes with the right lighting and the effects. Jonah on the other hand is uploading the pictures on to his account and I have been helping both for what they need and thinking of a new script for the next part of the movie. Some troubles we have not figured out are the ending scene in which we don’t know what we want to happen at the end consisting of deciding whether, to kill off the character or to keep him alive. Another conflict is the uploading videos, most of them need editing and put together and we cannot find many of the clips we filmed. In conclusion we are on good time with the due date if we speed thing up just a tiny bit and finish these clips.

Production 1 "Filming"

Luca Patarini P.3 1/4/2021 Over break I travelled to Georgia, the Carolinas and Tennessee which made finding enough time to film the movie a little problem. In the end I made it home in time for me and my group members to film a couple scenes for our portfolio project. We managed to film most of the beginning scenes and all the parts which we could not do without more actors, so we filmed around what we need to do with other friends and family for the movie. We used all our surrounding wildlife and weather to make our clips look even better whilst also adding a little humor to a couple of them. In some of the clips we had to somehow film around a problem, but it still worked out just fine. We could only film for so long before it got dark and the scenes in the woods would not work anymore which meant we had to reschedule for another day. We filmed again this weekend and completed all the clips we could.
